Still motoring.  All in all very pleasant day.  I was wrong about the moon; it seems to be getting smaller.  We hadn’t seen it in a long while.

The wind went N-NE Force 4 and we’ve been sailing since midnight. Still confused about the moon seen through the clouds. Maybe it’s not getting smaller.  Peaceful night.

Quiet night sailing gently. Very good for sleeping.  Overcast with some sun. Wind carries on NNE Force 4.

Still gliding along.  Not a lot to report.

 

Demetri’s friends Lee and Lucy have started doing watches with him and Lucy seems to have found her sea legs as she’s been off the Sturgeon for the last 24 hours.

Our 24 hour run was 166 miles again about half sailing and half motoring. Pitcairn is another 415 miles so it’s looking probable for a Tuesday arrival.  I attach last night’s sunset.
