This is a small part of what I had to prepare for the permit. I was able
to send the applications on Sunday night but none of the supporting
documentation as the connection at the so called Yacht Club was
pathetically slow.
This morning I whizzed downtown to the commercial port to do the customs
thing and then found an internet cafe with a wi-fi connection and although
it took forever everything went and I have had an acknowledgment from the
Foreign Office. Whew. Fingers crossed.
