Well the other squall missed us which is more than can be said for the next three which dumped on us.

Wind has dropped again and we’re motoring for the moment.

18:00

No sunset tonight, just a bank of squalls waiting for us on the Western horizon.

We’re motoring again after a couple of hours of sailing.

21:00

Sailing again since 19:30. The Squalls passed and they were pretty mild. The moon has found a gap in the clouds and it is definitely very full. Bright dramatic evening.

17/6/08  03:30

Very bright full moonlit night. You can almost read by the moonlight, Wind SE Force 5.  Boat rolls a lot.

07:30

Anchored Bounty Bay.  Looks like a film set.

Will organise a shore party later.  Spoke to the “Mayor” on VHF and was surprised to
hear a Kiwi accent, I had just assumed they would sound British.
