We moved the boat from Bahia Mar Marina in Fort Lauderdale to Lauderdale Marine Center up the New River.  This was a combination of have to leave the marina due to the upcoming boat show and the need to repaint the hull with new anti-fouling.  Two years is about the limit we get with Micron 66 in these waters.

At LMC we lifted the boat out and had Luu Marine perform the bottom painting and application of prop shield to reduce fouling on the prop.  Expensive stuff but seems to work better than most other methods.

Lots of routine maintenance was performed like cleaning and greasing the winches, up dating the Navionics charts, cleaning water strainers, etc.

Once the painting was done we dropped the boat back in the water put s back in its slip.  Then testing systems again we found that the B&G radar dome failed again, twice in two years.  Calls with the local tech arranged to get a new unit in exchange for the old one to be sent back to B&G for warranty claim.
