Departing Bozburun we had calm weather once out of the cove.  We seem to pick places that induce higher winds.  So now that the winds are nothing again we motor for the short trip.  As we entered the harbor we gave the marina a shout to see if they had any room for us.  A few minutes later they confirmed we could have a place for a few days.  Our other choice was to anchor at the head of the bay behind a small island in decent depth water.  But being in the marina was nice for the simple ability to get off the boat when we wanted and not have to launch the dingy in rough water.

The marina is a midsized place with most berths set aside for smaller sailboats and charter boats.  Since we were too large to berth inside the marina we were put on the northern outside berths.  Seeing that this was the case we worked with the marina staff to really make a very tight hold with the bow mooring line and the stern line.  Strung like a violin string was what I wanted and got.  So if the winds kicked up we would not have to worry about backing onto to quay which is fixed concrete.  Once the winds started at 25 knots on the bow we were fine, barely moved but did take some large chop as a result of being outside.

Overall the marina is nice with a restaurant, small grocery store, very small chandler, nice showers and nice staff.  Wi-Fi was available but extremely slow to non functioning.  But it was nice to be able to sit around and watch the high winds for the next few days blow around each afternoon.

Not much to do around here though.  The marina is isolated and requires a car/taxi to get into the small town which we never did.  In calmer weather anchoring would be very pleasant here.
