The wind is more east and and causing the genoa to
flap a little.Have reviewed the course and decided to head for Fatu Hiva the
most south easterly of the islands.This is slightly nearer and has a more
protected anchorage from the point of swell.It does not have customs so I will
lie there for a night and then move on.Boat speed has dropped but thanks to
ocean current I am still making 7knt over the ground. A very relaxing sort of
day the boat gliding over a sparkling blue sea ruffled only by a few tufts of
white.No other boats seen.
