Well as hard to windward as the light downwind No 1 genoa will allow which means tacking through110 degrees instead of the crisp right angle that i´m used to . Indeed if I still had the litttle No 2 we would be pointing straight a t Opua instead of past North Cape and out into the Indian Ocean .Hopeing for a wind shift South or even south east later today . Winds strong and sometimes squally . Enjoying the diet of sausage and beans . Rember this from the Pacific crossing - Penny calls it  casoulet . Certainly accounts for weight loss .We now have a tin opener that works .This one from Vietnam .Funny how the Chineese equipment we have seems to last no time .Point to remember .
