Got
to Bequia at 06:30 in the morning after one of the fastest trip we have ever
done. It was pretty wet at times and kept us all awake, changing sails and
looking after the boat. We rounded into Admiralty Bay just as dawn was breaking
and hunted around for a decent anchorage which we found close to the shore. The
wind was still blowing hard and we had to have a couple of goes at
anchoring. First on the Agenda was a sleep for us all and then Paul went ashore
to clear through customs and immigration.
Andrew brought a Christmas CD with him and after
snorkeling around the boat for a while we put the CD on and listened to White
Christmas (it's 30 deg outside), ate Lebkuchen, drank beer and out the christmas
decorations up. Only one last thing to do now before we settle in for Christmas
evening and that is .... you guessed it ..... fix the
generator!!!
Merry Christmas from Paul Anette and
Andrew!!!
