Trust us to hire a car to do some sightseeing when the worst of the grey, rainy, stormy weather is passing though! Still, we've managed to find a couple of good restaurants, drink as much Vinho Verde as we want and even visit a volcano (somewhat extinguished - wonder if these downpours have anything to do with it).
