Day 9 - Berrmuda to Azores - Bread baking and water making day!

Another 24 hours of light breezes where we find ourselves "tweaking" the sails to try and get more speed out of the boat. We tried to fly our spinnaker again yesterday, but the wind was too much on the beam and it made little difference - so we're back to 'white canvas'.
We have again only made about 125 miles in the last 24 hours, but the wind did pick up early this morning before dying back to 9 knots again.
Still not much sign of wild life (unless of course you count us on board), except a dead turtle and a very large sun fish!although I know that as we near the Azores, and land, we will see much more. Just under 650 miles to go to Horta now, and although well over half way on our journey from Bermuda to the Azores, we are still only about half way across the Atlantic, en-route to UK.
Anette baked some fresh bread this morning and I took the opportunity to make more fresh water.
