Off for a walk to a waterfall led by Shadrach (yes, he has a twin called Meshach)

 

The walk took about three hours and was mainly quite relaxed but with some challenging heights to scale and descend.  There was a break for tea and cakes half way.  Shadrach was hugely knowledgeable on the topography and the local plants and animals.  He also gave us an insight into his village life as well as politics, the position of women in South Africa and much else of interest.

We thoroughly enjoyed the walk and his stimulating company.
