There’s been a hiccup.  Our friends Chris and Sue, having been with us for only five days, have had to fly home at a few hours’ notice because of illness in the family.  It is a great disappointment for all of us. 

We want to give them every opportunity to discover whether they can rejoin us and if they cannot there are some admin. issues to be dealt with before we cross to the Caribbean.  So, it looks as if we shall be here in Las Palmas for a bit longer - there are many worse places to be!
