After the normal pre departure circus of Covid tests for next destination and customs & immigration clearance we left Jolly Harbour at 1230 . The westerly course for Nevis was downwind, so the genoa was poled out for the first time since the Atlantic crossing.
We somehow found ourselves in a corridor of rain which stretched across to Nevis, so new team had an uncharacteristically wet day.
We got to our anchorage just before 2100 , anchoring in very shallow and fairly calm water. After some initial concerns over supper as to whether we were dragging, extra cable was put out and we stayed put overnight.
