Roseau is not at all popular with yachties it seems! Due covid testing on arrival, Portsmouth is I think the only port of entry these days and it seems that nobody bothers coming on down to Roseau.
It has to be said that there is a fair bit of rolling at the buoy…..and the smaller pontoons were wrecked by hurricane Maria so there are only some bigger, rough concrete ones, so conditions are not altogether easy, but it has character!!
