Most of today was spent working on the plumbing in RAVEN’s heads - or toilet or washroom or whatever you want to call it. Everything was working fine for “ normal “ use but I wanted to get the holding tank working in readiness for the Caribbean as I’m ashamed to say we normally pump straight out to sea.
The tank had not been used for some years, the valves did not want to move. The space is very small and not designed with a 6ft 2 plumber in mind ! Eventually I got it sorted with only minor injuries to myself and one broken valve lever - who designed the stupid plastic lever?! Super glue temporary repair seems to be working and amazingly the lever is available as a spare part, so happy days!
