I have been supporting the local economy with a number of repairs, auto helm packed up on the last night at sea, anchor windlass didn’t work on arrival (all salt water in cables), the mainsail came off for some stitching repairs and back on a few days later, the old dinghy seems not to like the heat and was collapsing so a second hand replacement has been bought- a bit heavy and big as it has an aluminium keel , but will be handy for longer trips from anchorages.
Most exciting of all was that the laundry lady collected, refilled and returned, the three UK gas cylinders with none of the H&S nonsense of Spain !!
