Now that I’m alongside for another week or so I am getting on with planning the next few months around the Caribbean and back to UK. Sadly some people who had thought/hoped to come out during January and February are now not able to, so I am doing a regrouping on plans…….which were always pretty sketchy for this phase anyway!….. so there may be opportunities for anyone out there reading this so please what’s app me on +44 7885 749477 if you are interested.
I am also getting the steering properly checked out- it worked fine during the crossing but made some strange noises due the huge strain it was under and needs a bit of TLC I’m sure. Fortunately things happen quicker here than getting work done in the UK…guys appeared onboard for an initial call within an hour of the phone call and were soon crawling into my cabin to access the steering cables etc!
