It has been a lovely week back in England, not too chilly and some great autumn colours and sunshine. A big thank you to Loulene for putting me up - and up with me!
My bag is a bit fuller for the return trip - some food essentials as well as some gear for Raven. We now have binoculars that you can actually see through, a boogie speaker …..and a heap of new fishing gear including tuna lures, so there is no excuse for lack of catches on the next leg apart from over-fishing of the ocean. That is where the tube on the bottom of the photo comes in - a plankton filter, more details of which will be given in a few days when I have done some trial runs in the marina.
P.S I saw my cat Cassie as well, but she didn’t seem too bothered and was very happy to stay on house-sitter Henry’s bed!
