Yes, there really is a hotel by that name in St Lucia which owned by the chocolate company! They have a cocoa plantation on the island which supports research and the local economy as well as sending about 180 tons of the cocoa nits/beans to UK to be made into chocolate.
We did the “Tree to Bean” experience, grafted our own tree called Raven of course and each made our own chocolate bar. Subsequent blind tasting of the bars awarded the gold medal to Ollie, so that chemistry degree certainly came in useful!
