We had this to ourselves most of the time having walked a km down from the road as we weren’t sure our car would make it, though it would have been fine. One other couple appeared but there was more than room enough.
No houses in sight, safe swimming with a few waves, choice of sun or shade, distant views of Guadeloupe, beautiful sand………all in all it was paradise!
We could have had lunch on the beach……though it seemed unlikely a chef was ever going to appear from church where he allegedly was….. but we had to leave earlier and met some friends of Louise from a previous trip to the island.
