At a little after midnight we turned south!! And life started to get a whole lot better. It was a great moment, a ‘Rocky’ moment, and Botty and I shared a hug.

It’s been a long old haul from Grenada but things should get better now, at least until we start heading over to the Falklands.

So our course is directly due South, 180deg M, and we are heading for a river at Natal so that we can hide up for 24 hours and get some rest. We will then continue on down to Salvador where I will be joined by the lovely Beans, and Lucie & Will. Looking forward to it a lot, it’s been nearly two months.
