After leaving Sydney, we sailed up to a place called Scarbourgh.  Here we were planning on leaving the boat for sale.  We arrived and scrubbed and cleaned for a few days.  We then decided to sail the boat a further 35 miles north to a place called Mooloolaba in order to list the boat for sail with Multihull Solutions.  So here we are. We are in the process of getting the paperwork done, and after that we will be legally for sale.
We have polished and really cleaned, and Karinya is gleaming.
It has been rather a stressful time of trying to get all the necessary documentation in order.  We are leaving the boat on the 1st March to go to New Zealand for 3 - 4 weeks.  We are renting a camper and going to tour around for a while.  Looking forward to it very much and apparently it is a beautiful place. .I will turn 40 here, what a great place to be, maybe white water rafting!   We also hope to catch up with some cruising friends while we are there hopefully.
After New Zealand we shall fly back to Sydney so this really is our last week on the boat.  I am sure it will be slightly emotional, but we will also be very happy to see her sold.  This could take about 3 months we are told.
As to onward plans.....well......Tim is looking at work globally, namely US and the UK.  There is some communication in process but nothing concrete.  If there is nothing concrete by May we may be heading home in order to start school and work.  But all a little uncertain at this time.   I must say school is a gorgeous word to me at the moment.  Home schooling is getting much harder as we are trying to work on the boat and stressed!!

We scrubbed and scrubbed to clean the bottom and then I painted - fast as the tide was coming in again.  We were both need deep in mud at one point, delightful.
