Bonaire is a Dutch colony, used to be part of the ABC's but in 2010 it separated and went back to Dutch rule.
Know for it's salt pans, flamingos, donkeys, diving and now the dreaded cruise ships which ae ruining sailors paradise by spoiling locals and driving prices up
