Hi All
Well we have some light trade winds at last. been sailing under main and
spinnaker for the last 40 hours. Not sure how long they will last, but
hopefully they will be replaced by stronger trades, not the SW on the nose
winds we had last week.
We have 1600 nm left and expect to be in by the 14th (I was tempted to say
latest) We have made 1200 miles good (that means as the crow flies) But
probably done about 1700 NM with all the detours for wind.
So life aboard is good, we more relaxed so the kids get more time. Yesterday
we brought out the piano and played (badly) for 3 hours. I still have not
got the saxophone out, I think everyone needs to be in a great mood to
tolerate me on that. Vicki made some awesome bread and rolls so Hamburger
and chips could be on the menu tonight.
Salad and Veg are now a scarcity, only cabbage is left from the leaf section
Maybe that's why we have trade winds, the amount of hot air being expelled
in the boat has to be causing a low pressure. Some days it does sound like
someone is playing my sax which I don't mind....the problem is they sound
better than me!
No photos today, hopefully we will upload one soon.

all our love
We have caught no fish over the last few days, so hope with things improving
that may too.
