Hi All

We are now on our 2nd night out of 7 on the way to Galapagos. We left
yesterday at 3Pm, just before we left a huge squall hit the anchorage and at
least 5 boats started dragging, a bit of mayhem. While this was happening,
Cal and Jess were collecting rain water, one of their favorite past times.

So far the winds are light and variable, but we still managed 140 miles
under sail. We have decided to sail as much as possible and only use engine
when the speed drops below 4kts.

the Pacific is so much more gentle than the Atlantic so far and enjoying the
comfortable sailing.
Hope you all well
