Hi All

 

First of all HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone! 2011 is a world cup of rugby year and I'm looking forward to the boks lifting their 3rd trophy and the first to win consecutive world cups....ok counting on NZ chocking again, but history can repeat itself.

We are now back in St Lucia trying to get through all the odd jobs before we go on holiday to Disney. Jobs take quite long as it's hot as hell at times especially when in small spaces of the boat. Ok it's not all bad, we also doing the usual socialising. We arrived back new years eve and went to a party at the St Lucia yacht club, it was ok..ish, we had a good time, saw lots of our friends from the ARC and got back home at 2 ish.

Last night we had a braai on the dock with a few boats which was fun. Tomorrow, Christian leaves the boat, he is off to tour central America for 4 months before returning to Denmark. It has been great having him on board, the kids love him and he is very easy to get on with. We will all miss him after being part of the family for 2 months, but it will be nice to have just us together again.
