The boats ready, Meg is here, the wind looks favourable but a little light,
so we off to the Canaries. Should be there Monday sometime.
Meg Arrived Tuesday, picked her up in Malaga then went inland for a few
hours. Driving up the Sierra Navada was interesting, long and winding road,
which made everyone land sick.Had lunch in a great Spanish town with
fantastic views (pics will follow) then down to the boat. We rented the car
from La Linea, so had to walk across the boarder to Gib across the runway
which Meg found very strange.
We then went up the rock again while Vic did the packing of the boat. Her
last UK shop at Morrissons was 2 full trolleys, so the boat now is barely
afloat.
We all ready, hope the next 4 days will be fun sailing, will send passage
update.
