After a delightful night anchored off Guana Island we made our way to Marina Cay, owned by Pussers, known for their rum. We experienced some very heavy rain storms and watched the lightening over Tortola. We dinghied ashore, and spent 10 minutes exploring the whole of the island. The office there had a book swap so we were able to exchange our collection of books for some fresh reading.

We later took the dinghy across to Trellis Bay where they have a Full Moon Party every full moon, which was to be Sunday night. They have lots of steel sculptures that they fill with paper and wood and set fire to during the party.

After a very peaceful night there we made our way to Road Town, Tortola, to re-fuel, provision and prepare for our journey to Bermuda. We took our empty gas bottle to the local Delta fuel station and waited whilst they filled it up. On Monday we shopped and had our dive cylinder filled up, and then cleared out with customs before sailing to Bitter End for a meal ashore. This of course is the bitter end of our Caribbean trip, and we were keen to spend some time ashore before our 830 mile trip to Bermuda.
