We also enjoyed reconnecting with Phil and Kristina Challand, dear sailor friends. We met them first 2008 in France, exploring the Benodet river together and a few months later Northern Spain. When they sailed their catamaran Songline to Australia, we enjoyed reading their blog, still dreaming of crossing the Pacific and when it came to our journey they kept in touch with encouraging e-mails.

It was lovely seeing them in their new home with their two dogs. We appreciated Phil driving around Brisbane to get more spares and have the outboard repaired, while going down memory lane of a sailors life.
