It is a very black night again but we are picking up the Lighthouse of Punta de Anaga, Tenerife 20 NM ahead due South. Paul was busy fishing today and our best lure has been snapped off the wire by some hungry fish, so we are still looking forward to the joy of catching dinner another day! Lucky there was some "lulas" (squid) in the freezer which we enjoyed tonight.
Life aboard Kahia is peaceful, running down-wind, moving from one watch to another and sharing simple pleasures of good meals together as the day unfolds. The water-maker worked very well today and it is surprising how quickly the day passes.
