We had a wonderful time in New Caledonia and look forward to coming back here next year.
The sea is teaming with beautiful (and large) wild life. We had the best times with sea turtles, one living right under our boat. A lot around here is nature reserve and the French have put many Buoys out to avoid anchoring and damaging the sea bed. There is no charge for using these moorings; sailors bliss!
We enjoyed catching up with s/v Papillon and had some fun times in various anchorages with more lovely people.
Photos will follow when we are in Australia.

We are now ready for our 780 miles leg to Brisbane/Australia and are planning to set sail at day break after a good night sleep.
