It was too hot yesterday to get Kahia shipshape. So we had a rest and went out for a last evening dinner with Mama and Sabine. After a good night sleep it was enjoyable to do our jobs early in the morning, washed Kahia and her Tender down in the Marina (office was still shut!), stored everything away, fuelled up and left the quiet and calm bay at 10 am. With no breath of air, we accepted to motor northwards. What a surprise, when we encountered up to 28 knots of wind just around the headland. Huge waves crashing over the decks.

We know it’s local and will not last.
