Happy days,  we are booked to launch on Monday. So more taxes paid to the Greek Gov, TEPAI, or Greek Cruising Tax.

Even more happy days, Chris has managed to find the problem with the electrics. It was dirty connections. Even more time spent with his head in the engine compartment.

Mean while I  have been making sure the oven comes up to temperature by making bread - success! A very hot job in this heat I have to admit.

The dinghy has had all the old glue removed and is waiting for the rubbing strake to be fitted when we get some new glue.

We have just found the night life in Chalkoutsi. A short walk in the opposite direction to the one we normally take and the Greek holiday makers are living it up on the beach and in one of two bars. A very pleasant evening was spent with a beer on the beach.
