On Thursday (13th Dec) we were invited to a party at Jolly Harbour Golf
Club hosted by the Ministry of Tourism. Once again the rum punches
flowed freely and the dancing became more frenetic as the evening wore
on.![]() ![]() A Right Old Knees Up ![]() ![]() Sam receives the Blue Water Rally Plaque.................... Keith from Baccus with his newly aquired wooden leg after falling odd the dock. Ouch! ![]() ![]() Not Blue Water Rally participants but dancers from the local school. __________________________________________________________________________________ On Sunday (16th) we took a minibus to to Shirley Heights to watch the sunset and then enjoy the steel band and the raggae band. Of course there was a torrential downpour but it was a great evening and what a view. ![]() ![]() We haven't been superimposed - promise!.............................. English Harbour from Shirley Heights. ![]() ![]() Shirley Heights Steel Band ............................................... and the Raggae Band. A great evenings entertainement which everyone enjoyed. Tomorrow morning we will leave Jolly Harbour and set sail for Tortola BVI - 178 miles away. Stay tooned ............. |
