Leaving 0800 after 4 days of 20-36K winds and rain. 3 days behind, but all looks OK out there now. Fuelled, cleared and repaired engines and bits (all unexpected of course). Puerto Morelos has been a good little stop over, and despite the wave action and sleepless nights with buffeting and worrying about lines chafing, its all been good. Leaving with Victor, Julian and Gustavo as our trusty crew, and from here, it’s the dry Tortugas!
A few hundred miles, via the coast of Cuba, and crossing over to the US side. Only 390 miles J
