Monday August 23 - Wednesday

Checking out with Croatian police/ customs/ harbourmaster requires coming
stern to near the Q sign in the north west of the harbour. Drop anchor on
way in as there are no laid lines. Takes about 45 minutes. We need to create
a new crew list at the harbourmaster which is limited to those onboard.
Motor south to Montenegro.

Sail and motor through fabulous Boka Kotorski and pull up to Kotor customs
dock. Visit police, customs harbourmaster to check in. E$200 sailing permit
for one week. They review and copy our Croatian crew list. It is very
important to have checked out properly at Civtat. It was tempting to not
check out, to save checking in a week later. We then moved east to town
quay, dropping anchor as we came in. E$59/night include Water & 36 amps.

Dinner in plaza near church.

Tuesday - Wander town. The old Venetian town is stunning, walls run along
the harbour then straight up the mountain to the fortress 500+ metres above
sea level. The church has a very interesting collection of artefacts. The
marine museum is well done with an extensive history of Kotor's maritime
past.
Dinner at Galion at end of harbour - great views and modern food.

Wednesday - morning 9:30 climb up to fortress with beautiful views of the
bay and mountains. Up and down before sun gets to hot on the hill.
