Happy Easter, wherever you are!  We have covered 1100 miles since leaving Antigua and have just under 1500 miles to run to Punta Delgada in the Azores.
The weather has eased a little in the last 24 hours and apart from a few hours overnight when we focused on reducing stress on the boat, we have been able to make good progress in a generally easterly direction. Since midnight, we have even stopped the southerly slide and are now clawing our way back uphill!  I think we have another 24 hours or so of quite challenging conditions before things start to improve.  We postponed Saturday Night at Sea and Easter Day Roast Lunch until the sea state improves.
It has got a bit chillier and I issued duvets for the first time since leaving North America in October.  Right now though, the sun is out, we have a Sooty Shearwater showing off how easy it is to fly upwind at sea level and morale is high.
No significant defects to report.
