Still flying along at a boat speed of 7 Knots close to the wind, now coming from the East, giving us the opportunity to head more to the North West.

The sea is more comfortable on the beam and we are acclimatised to ocean passage life, a mixture of pain and pleasure; happily mostly pleasure, the aches will disappear as we toughen up.
