After sailing along the bottom of a low and presently along the back of a
new High, we are keeping our sails nicely filled and are cruising along in much
appreciated sunshine at 6.2 knots over the ground. Last night we had to run the
heater for a few hours to make life aboard more bearable. The sunny day is
allowing us to keep the hatches open and dry out the inside of Kahia. The
temperature in the cabin has risen to 68 F(20 C). It is also pleasant to see
that the solar panels are currently running our instruments and fridge.
