After a rough start, the motion is becoming less volatile as the seas moderate.  We are sailing towards the centre of the High and expect the wind to go down, hopefully not too much. Catching up on sleep, we are settling into our routine of 3 hour watches and all is good on board, happy to make good progress going windward with a boat speed of 7 knots in 20 knots of ENE wind.
