After yesterday's excitement we decided to have an easy day and spend time on board - we had a few jobs to do, one being the generator which seemed to be overheating a little.  2 hours later we had changed the impellor, and all was running smoothly.
What I can't believe is how many sharks there are here in Highbourne Cay!  There are sharks passing under the boat regularly, I have never seen so many, anywhere!  There is also a huge barracuda cruising around as well, he must be at least 6 feet and is very scary!  John needed a haircut this morning, and afterwards we thought we could both go for a swim, John to rinse the hairs off and me for a bit of fun - not so.  John sat in the dinghy and was looking down to see if he could see Pat's sunglasses she had dropped yesterday, and there was a huge shark under out boat, added to this another huge fish was hanging off our keel - the swim idea was quickly abandoned as far too scary.  It was noticeable that in out of all the boats in the anchorage, no-one was swimming at all, very unusual.
Later in the afternoon, John joined Stuart to hunt for Pat's glasses, after a while they found them but neither was keen to go in and retrieve them as by this time the barracuda had decided to hang round the dinghies!

The boys searching for Pat's sunglasses - found but not retrieved!

I can't tell you how beautiful it is here - so many people said that with boats as deep as ours that the Bahamas was basically off limits - this is not the case and had we listened to them we would have missed out on so many amazingly fabulous places.
