Hi Folks.
Rob reporting for blog duty for the first time.  We have had a pleasant nights sailing, with predominantly starry skies.  I still Havant located the southern cross yet, but I'm sure it's out there somewhere near here.  Ruth being mother today has just served us breakfast complete with anti malarial drug, old habits die hard.  She and Lyn spotted a crews ship last night, it was so lit up that they saw the glow from it at over twenty miles distance.  Chris and I could still see it when we came up on watch some time later.  No escape from light pollution.  The days of self cleansing are over, Chris has been busy making water, (he tells us it's good enough to drink) anyway it was showers all round last night, and speaking for myself a change of tee shirt.  I think everyone was a bit relieved by this, but had said nothing.  Chris also has some clean trousers that Lyn has spent hours darning holes that had appeared in all the usual locations.  Thinking about this self cleansing thing, I did shower on my own, with no outside help, so perhaps self cleansing lives on?  Anyway enough of self cleansing for one day, there is work to be done.  I have a tome to finish and may try catching a fish this afternoon.  So far the fish are ahead, as I have lost hooks, but caught no fish.  AIS just flashed up we have some company, it's a tanker, so will sign off now.
Be Happy Rob
