Hi Folks,
Yes the weekly blog has returned,the wind is
blowiing again from the south, it
dosnt seem to have realy stopped this year at all,
it goes north for a few days
when the warm winds from Oz blow over us then
swings back south from four
or five days at a time, this is usuals fine but on
our return from Oz the heating
sys has packed up, my search for spares of our unit
has been painfully slow
as the main agent is in Auckland, this form of
heating is totally alian to this
part of the world, my attempts to contact the
agent who is either off
up the slopes skiing or sunning himself on some
desert Island far away from
here, its the same old story, they dont stock
spares they just want to sell you
a new unit, what a suprise, this has been
unfortunatly the way we have found
many so called agents in this part of the world, Im
afraid you guys up top are
realy spoilt when it comes to after sales service
.
Besides that it seems to be the month for failier
as the heating eliment in the
clorifier ( hot water heater) has aslo died, the
spares are standard types so
this should be relatively straight fwd once I have
got the unit out of its compartment.
