Hi Folks,

We have finally cut the root holding us to  buoyNo 23 in Neiafa harbour, checked out and moved off to Port Maurelle , anchorage no 7 , cleared customs, port captain and immigration , food shopped, watered up the tanks so we should be ok till we reach Nuku'alofa in the southern end of the Tongan group of Islands, nothing to report today as it was all pretty mundane stuff , we are anchored for the night , bottom not to good though , sand over coral heads .. ugh , still I have put down 80m of chain and dived on the anchor it is partially buried even going astern at full power it doesn't move .
Tomorrow we start to explore the islands properly , Swallow cave is first on the agenda at this anchorage , a few other boats we know are coming round to this location so we are looking at going to another cave complex called Marinas .. all exciting stuff ..

The excited ones
