Hi Folks,
Been a while but things have been manic, with the
countdown to our return to the UK fast approching, only a few weeks to go we are
trying to get all the I dotted and the T's crossed.
For the last few weeks I have been attending
Emergency management courses in Comunications and Triage, for get first aid, a
real eye opener as to what will realy happen
when the big one comes and rocks our world upside
down, looks like its the city slickers
who will be getting the rough end of it ... it been
good to get back into the learning curve
again and it was nice to know the gray matter
worked .
This week we have been attending a film set
at Mana Marina were the Coast Guard vessel
is based, a german film, and before any of you get
any ideas about seventies music and cheep porno's no it isnt, it was a love
story thing based on a dive holiday, anyway it all
sounded german to me, they all had there clothes
on, early start, great breakfast and
lunch, but if thats film acting its no wonder there
paid trilions of dollars its boring, a lot of
hurry up and wait ......
Weather wise summer is hear my thermals have
been off for at least six weeks and the shorts went on three days ago ...
just seen the news though blizards hit UK !!!!!!
Lyn has had more success selling her last Art
Deco painting at an exibition, if she kept this up I could retire
....
This week we are on Zepher giving her a spring
clean and soughting out all the little winter
dripps that have appered, nly two weeks to he big
bird, via USA, another set of visa have to be applied for even to sit in the
airport waiting lounge, Oh what fun, this time its in San Fran
we havnt tried that one yet ......
No sign of Hobbit activity yet but will keep you
posted ...
And in the words of the late JD Im leaving on a jet
plain shortly, but in this case with a
full fuel tank !
