Hi Folks,
Well another week in paradise floats by, the flat
no two is nearly ready to let, I have been busy at the coastguard , we went to
watch Australia play NZ in the 20-20 cricket at the Cake tin, the National
stadium , looks like Southamptons football ground in Hants, it was a very
interesting game, more footy type of crowd than tha trad one, all action
and no sign of watching paint dry at all ! the Ozies were in a diferent leauge.
they whiped the floor with the Black caps, hope the next ones better
...
We had our first party on Zepher in
Wellington only to be rudly awaken by a Sunamie warning at 6 am in the morning,
we headed off up the nearest hill and listened to the radio to gauge the
swell/body of water height at the Chatum Islands som 600 nm away and directly in
the path of NZ, the reports were of !m to !.5m , so we stood down on the putting
to sea lark and went to watch Avitar 3D , great move , and a dam sight better
that bouncing around at sea waiting for a cataclismic roller coaster ride in the
southern ocean.
The dentist sumond me again, this time I had a
glowing report and have another appointment in three months time yipeee ! the
next one will decide the fate of my two front teeth Agh !
Thats all this week, my skype is now working at
last and I have made comms with the outside world !
