Hi Campers,

Well its been an eventful week, the dental appointment was fitted in between the house hunting, I have been referred to a snr tooth extracting mechanic in Wellington, the local dentist didn't want to know one he had surveyed my nashers, anyway after an hour of sticking all soughts of probes, into my teeth, gums and the bits in between it has been discovered that I have bone decay around my teeth, the Nasher Extractor, otherwise known as a dental surgeon, this one in particular is a rather petite Lady of Chinese extraction( excuse the pun) which makes a change from the usual middle aged greying bloke who normally prods around your gob.
Also I have to have some dental implants as my front tooth which I damaged when I was young is now at the stage of no return, i.e. they cant twist it back around because there isn't enough bone to do it with , they intend to take the pair of them out, take my wisdom teeth out from back aft in my gob cut a bone graft out and put it were my two front teeth used to be, then they intend to stick two titanium posts in the front, give me some falsies for six months, once its all healed up , get me back to screw back in my shinny new front nashers ... sounds bloody painful , to both wallet and mouth, in fact my appointment time ran out and I have to go back on Thursday for further consultation, I think its the cost as they want me sitting down when they tell me how much !

On the flat hunting stakes we think we have fount two together, we have put a bid in on them so we will see how the negotiations go next week, its in a good area , only eight mins from the central business district, one tenant already in the lower flat, the upstairs one is empty so that's to be rented out as soon as we gain possession, that's if we can stop Lyn splashing a few drops of paint around !

Its a public holiday here today, Monday, its Wellington day !

We went to a classic air show yesterday, Wings over the Wiarapa , there are a lot of vintage piston engine planes here and it was great to see the old warbirds flying, Corsair, Kittyhawk,Mustang,Harveds,Spitfire,Sopwruth Camel, DH4, Focker Tri Plane, and a DH Vampire jet... plus various airial display teams, we sat on our deck chairs gazing up sipping our bubbly it was a bit cloudy but just right for this sort of activity.
Most of last week was spent on the reconstruction of Gail's back yard, digging holes and putting in posts to take the new deck, meanwhile Lyn has demolish the old plant beds and is now reconstructing ...

That's all to date folks
