Message to cyberspace,
As I view the vista of grub being prepared I think
of the lone Brussels sprouts sitting in a pan all on there own, not mixed with
other veg but on there own,according to one of my crimbo pressys sent all the
way form London "The Sprout book" which I avidly read as soon as I popped open
the wrapper
" Sprouts aren't just for Christmas " ...Last night
was spent prepping the traps for Santa, laced his sherry with paracitamol ,
thirteen in number , just to make sure we go him trapped in the loft hatch, and
guess what we caught the fat bastard , he had nicked Gail's leather boots as
well .. Devyn after sussing out that it wasn't Santa really trapped in the hatch
went to wake his mum at five am ... then is was a flurry of paper the tsunami of
wrapping paper engulfed whole room, even "Nanny " Lyn aka Cptn Fluffy was up and
about though no orders were issued !
Pop went the Lindauer , a Kiwi classic , champers
at 2:50 gbp per bottle, that plus the shocker at the petrol pumps of 35p a litre
makes this a perfect
crimbo/motorhead junkies Christmas ..... all this
is to much ...but half of us is here and the other half is in the UK, wish
some cleaver sod would invent the teleporter as you could do both, so all those
in uk were crimbo day is still a few hrs away would have a shock when we pitched
up ! ...
Hope our trusty steed is all well in the Bay of
Islands ...
