Hi Folks,

Well its been the usual first night at sea, settling in to routine again after three months of day sailing and the occasional night passage, boat still cracking along under twin heads , rain unfortunately now and again, but this will become more the norm as we head south to NZ , plus real foul weather gear broken out from the lockers .. burr ...
awe are currently passing another Atoll as you will see on google earth .. "Manue" the outer fringe of French Polynesia ..
We listened in on the ANZAC ssb net this morning and it appears that everybody has left Bora Bora so the thieving little pollys wont have anything to nick till the next lot arrive .. think they got enough from our batch , total included seven laptops, four cameras numerous music and video CDs and a bucket and spade of a three year old called Dillon on Trenelly , that really p**s me off as we rescued the said items when he dropped them over the side in the Panama canal and me recovered them as we were behind them on the transit.
The good news is that we were able to help one boat, "Adventure", they had all there Laptops and camera chargers nicked, it turns out that we had a spare charger for there pentax , and guess what its the spare left behind by the burglar who rummaged our house just before we moved out, funny old world isn't it !
News on the rib front, I eased off the pills yesterday and realised that it was too soon ! pain was bad so Nurse put me back on them , the crew reckoned that it was the most laid back exit they have ever had , no standing to attention as we passed the reef entrance in there whites ..

A slightly dampened crew
