Hi Folks,

Still at anchor in Rangiroa, not much wind to escape to Tahiti yes but lots of lovely warm rain , had a great down pr yesterday , it lasted a whole 3/4 of an hr we filled our buckets and containers and did a bag full of washing , collected more and filled the boats water tanks it was so refreshing just to stand in warm rain the droplets were large and profuse so it was a great massive power shower , a twenty litre bucket filled in less that 2 mins ..
In the evening we were hostesses with the mostess again this time to Slipineer Two , its the( Austrian couple) who had there boat struck by a large log mid ocean and limped into the Marquises to do repairs , they are waiting on calmer weather before setting off for the  250 nm to Tahiti for repairs , good evening with our wine stocks replenished from the shop , we found cartons for £3.80 each so with few glasses of G&T first we reached a good state of alcoholic inebriation...
Good food was produced by Master chef ... with some strange oniony Russian Potato dish !and Pamplemoose (Large sweet greapfruit suprise ! another exotic desert from Cpt Fluffy recipe book , all very nice washed down with vino colapso ..
We have also started the ships inventory it will be needed for the entrance to NZ so its up with all the deck boards and turn out the cupboards to find things that have been long forgotten about and wonder why we bought them in the first place  .....

A crew waiting for the off ..
